Sleeve ("we", "us") is a social app for logging, rating, and reviewing music. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email

Information we collect

Account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We never see your Apple password.

Profile. A username, and anything you add: display name, bio, avatar, and a profile "anthem".
•
Your activity. The albums you log, your ratings, written reviews, lists, comments, likes, and who you follow. Most of this is public by design.

Apple Music data. If you connect Apple Music, we read your library and recently-played albums so you can rate them. Only the albums you actually choose to log are stored on our servers.
•
Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we store a push token so we can deliver them.
•
Usage & diagnostics. We use analytics (PostHog) and crash reporting (Sentry) to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. This includes app events, approximate device and OS info, and crash logs.
How we use your information

To provide and operate Sleeve — your profile, feed, library, lists, and discovery.

To deliver notifications you've opted into.
•
To keep the community safe — reviewing reports and enforcing our Terms.
•
To improve the app and diagnose problems.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run Sleeve on our behalf, under contract:
•
Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
•
Expo — push-notification delivery.
•
PostHog — product analytics.
•
Sentry — crash and error reporting.
Content you post publicly (profile, logs, reviews, lists, comments) is visible to other users and on the public web.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from
Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion immediately and irreversibly removes your profile and all of your content from our systems. You can also email
support@getsleeve.app to request deletion.
Children
Sleeve is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Security
We protect your data with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
